We build your new home as if we are building our own – with the utmost of integrity, using quality materials and meticulous workmanship.
Our home building service is all-inclusive, organized and includes your fun, creative interior design process! The Christopherson home building experience brings the knowledge of building whole communities and applies those efficiencies to building individual homes. That way, we can bring you home in about 6-10 months from breaking ground on your foundation.

When you build your new home with us, you have many options. In addition to custom home design and build services, we offer an extensive library of pre-engineered house plans that come in a wide array of shapes and sizes.
Our pre-engineered plans are thoughtfully crafted for the highest livability, with many options for multi-generational lifestyles and indoor/outdoor California living.
All of our homes may be customized to suit your preferred exterior style, from Modern to Farmhouse to Spanish and everything in between. And, when you build with us, professional interior design guidance is included.
