Christopherson Builders Joins the Builders Alliance
To Help Rebuild Los Angeles Communities
Christopherson Builders is proud to announce its participation in the Builders Alliance, a not-for-profit organization formed to accelerate the rebuilding of homes and neighborhoods devastated by the January 2025 Los Angeles wildfires. Christopherson Builders is one of ten founding builders of the Alliance, each dedicated to achieving significant time and cost savings and end-to-end project management to make rebuilding do-able for as many homeowners as possible. As a member of The Builders Alliance, we are committed to providing turnkey, cost-efficient rebuilding solutions that allow families to return home faster and more affordably.

Home Building Portal
Through the newly-launched Builders Alliance portal, homeowners in Altadena and Pacific Palisades can enter their address and explore digital representations of their lots alongside approved home options. They can then directly contact participating builders like Christopherson Builders to learn more. These homes are offered at costs below average insurance proceeds, enabling more Angelenos to rebuild within their means.

The Builder’s Alliance was supported and formed as a result of a key recommendation of Project Recovery, a 175-page comprehensive plan developed by over 100 leaders in real estate, land use, and infrastructure to guide Los Angeles’s recovery. Developed in collaboration with Urban Land Institute (ULI) Los Angeles, the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, the plan outlines strategies to accelerate rebuilding for Angelenos.
“The Builders Alliance offers fire victims a way to rebuild expediently and cost-effectively through the combined market power and capacities of homeowners and homebuilders,” said UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate Director Stuart Gabriel. “Streamlining permit, planning, design, acquisition of materials and labor, and cost hurdles, this is the best opportunity for the largest number of displaced families to return to their neighborhoods as quickly as possible.”
