  • How long does it take to build a home with Christopherson?

    We can build a home for you in as little as 8 months if you sign a build contract today and are decisive and make all your selections quickly. From there the timelines can go up. Typically, additional design work, engineering, difficult foundation conditions and making changes along the way will all add time.

  • Where are your new homes located?

    All of our current spec homes are rebuilds that are on various properties throughout Fountaingrove and Upper Hidden Valley in Santa Rosa. We will build in a much wider area and have many client builds happening in Mark West Estates, Wikiup, Bennett Valley and Rincon Valley.

  • Will you help me find a lot I can build on?

    We have a team of expert Realtors that can assist you with locating the perfect lot to build your dream home. We can analyze site conditions, grading, foundation costs, all while you are purchasing the lot. This way we can be on track to build your home in a timely manner and ensure there are no underlying issues with the lot you select.

  • Can I design a custom plan?

    Yes, we can work with you to build a custom plan. Working directly with us as the builder you can be sure you will receive the best guidance in home design to maximize the livability of your home without adding extremely costly design features. We can give you a real idea of what implementing design aspects will actually cost in building your home.

  • How much does it cost to build?

    It depends on a lot of factors. Prices per square foot can vary greatly, depending on lot conditions, foundation design, size and type of home, and your customization and selection of appliances and home finishes.

    We can work with your budget to assemble the best lot and home combination for you. We can build you one of our 50 value engineered plans with high end standard selections or you can also design your own custom plan to fit a particular lot and your specific needs.
