The team at Christopherson Builders is excited to share the great news – we have (softly) opened a new Los Angeles area headquarters, located in the heart of historic Pasadena.
This new office is more than just a headquarters – it’s a space where people can sit down with us, talk through their needs, and start mapping out a path forward. Our Pasadena location is new home of our all-inclusive Design and Build Center dedicated to providing a comprehensive solution to the intricacies of rebuilding homes in Los Angeles.
As the Center evolves, it will also include a mini-design studio, showcasing a curated selection of interior design samples—from flooring and cabinetry to fixtures and finishes, a teaser for the large selection available.

While this design studio feature is not yet open, it will soon allow our clients to see and touch some of the elements that will define their future homes. We have partnered with a large professional design studio which specializes in working with homebuilders and their clients. This ability to make design choices with expert guidance in one location will save time, reduce stress, and ensure every home reflects the personal style of its owners.
Right now, our Pasadena headquarters is open by appointment only. It has been our goal to create a private, comfortable and safe space for our homeowners to begin the journey home.

While the studio isn’t complete yet, we’re excited for the day when clients can step inside, find inspiration, and start shaping their vision for a new home. In the meantime, our clients are already working with our partner Los Angeles design firm to explore ideas and make design decisions.

On average, Christopherson homes take 7–10 months to complete, from the time the foundation is poured until the moment families move into their finished home. Every project is unique, of course, but because we’ve refined our process over decades, we’re able to deliver homes both efficiently and with the highest quality standards.
And when move-in day finally arrives, families can rest assured that their home is protected for the long term. Every Christopherson home is backed by our in-house warranty, as well as a 2-10 year warranty, underscoring the company’s commitment to building homes that last.
