The semi-custom building method is one of efficiency. The difference is, you make all of your interior design selections upfront in our partner design studio prior to the start of construction. That way we are able to build your home without stopping – getting you back home as quickly as possible.
We have partnered with Vintage Design to provide you with a deeply personalized approach to your interior design experience. You will be able to make all of your selections for your new home at one of their beautiful showrooms, with the guidance of an interior design professional. Your home will be appointed completely to your taste, creating a designer home that reflects your lifestyle.
Christopherson House Plans rebuilding options
Since 2017, we have rebuilt over 200 homes lost in wildfire. Part of our process immediately after the Tubbs fire was to create a suite of plans that would be readily available for our home building clients, and now we have a huge array of home plans to choose from! These plans are pre-engineered smartly, creating a beautiful home while taking the perspective of avoiding unnecessary costs. Christopherson house plans represent a wide array of home sizes and styles for a variety of lot shapes, topography and setbacks.
Selecting a pre-engineered plan saves both time and money. And although it may come as surprise, any of our home plans can be built to any exterior home style – Farmhouse, Spanish, Modern, Tudor and more.
Many of these plans are able to adapt to accommodate a side entry garage. For plans without garages, an attached or detached garage can be added. ALL of of our plans may be personalized to your taste and lifestyle.
