Christopherson Plan 32X is a sweet four bedroom home, coming in at under 2,000 square feet.  This plan is great for smaller lot sizes, as it provides the homeowner with quite a bit of livability in a smaller footprint.

One of the four bedrooms is found just off the entry on the lower level, and offers both a walk-in closet and easy access to a full bath.  On the way to the great room, you’ll notice a clever coat closet with ample under stair storage, and once in the great room the open concept living philosophy presides.  Windows and a sliding door line the great room, bringing in lots of natural light and easy access to the back yard.  Stepping through multi-slide glass doors onto the covered loggia offers an additional 200sf of covered outdoor living space. The two-car garage provides access directly into the kitchen, making bringing in groceries a breeze.  A window over the sink looks out onto the back yard, and a functional kitchen island is a great space for prep work, a casual meal, or simply hanging out together.
