Plan 11X Home Styles

We build the home, you make the memories.

Versatility abounds in this two-story home.  In this floorplan, the great room with kitchen and dining area lines the entire rear width of the home.   When building without the optional upstairs bonus room, the living area is open to the second floor, creating a lot of light and a feeling of expansiveness.   If choosing to build with an upstairs bonus room, the home’s interior square footage increases by approximately 530 square feet.

The junior bedroom suite on the ground level offers a private vestibule entry and a view of the covered front porch.  The primary bedroom suite and two more bedrooms are found upstairs, along with a lovely loft area adjacent to the stair.

Plan Features
Large oversized great room entire width of home
4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom plus bonus room
Full bedroom suite on main level
Enormous Primary Suite on second floor
Option to add an upstairs bonus room, expands to 3,380sf
40’ wide x 59' deep
