This two-story home is well suited for a parcel of land with a slightly narrower building area, or to preserve the land area for a nice big yard. In the great room, windows and a sliding glass door look out onto a covered corner patio. We envision the extension of the patio area out to a rear courtyard. This home could be either four or five bedrooms, and 2.5 or 3.5 baths. As with all of our plans, there is an opportunity to customize the home to suit the needs of the homeowner.
