A great downhill house plan for hillsides, with dimensions that seem to work for many situations, while still checking the boxes of our client’s wants and needs. A spacious, sunny upper deck is found on the main level of this home, along with a primary bedroom suite, a second bedroom (or office), laundry, and a great room – providing great livability for the homeowner. On the lower level, we’ve designed a large media/flex room, but if you’d prefer a fourth bedroom instead, that’s certainly possible.
