Plan 3 Home Styles

We build the home, you make the memories.

If you’re looking for a single-level home under 2,000sf, with several pre-designed options to customize the space, you might consider our Plan 3.  A winding path leads around the front corner of the home, to a foyer entry that is tucked away from the street frontage, offering privacy.  The open great room maximizes the feel of the space while providing defined locations for the living and dining areas.  In the primary bedroom suite, the bath can be customized with either a large walk-in shower or a separate stall shower and soaking tub.  The garage may be a spacious 3-car garage or a 2-car garage with a multi-generational suite in lieu of a third bedroom.

Plan Features
Large open great room focused on outdoor covered patio
Option to build with expanded Multi-Gen Suite in lieu of 3rd garage bay
Optional Multi-Gen Suite increases interior living area and adds a 3rd bath
Optional 4th bedroom in lieu of Den
Walk-in Laundry Room
Plan Footprint: 45’ wide x 60’ deep
