With several newly updated elevations, this home design offers many designed-in options for building. The covered front porch leads to a gallery style hall with a direct line of sight through to the great room and back yard. Once in the great room, you will notice the spatial definition that provides an ideal place for a dining table, and windows that encompass the space.
There are a total of four bedrooms in the primary design, one of which is an en suite bedroom located downstairs. However, there is an option to add bedroom above or below. Upstairs, an extra bedroom could be added in lieu of the loft space. Adding a bedroom here would not change the exterior dimensions of the home. Alternately, a bedroom could be added below along with a 3rd garage bay. This option would add approximately 16′ to the home width.
