We build the home, you make the memories.

As the kitchen is said to be the heart of the home, there is a lot to love in this home design.  With a huge kitchen island, sufficient to seat 6 that opens out to the great room, this is the epitome of an open concept great room design.  The traditional sliding door and windows can be exchanged for a multi-slide glass door to expand the views of the backyard.  The primary bedroom suite has its own private access to the backyard and is separate from the remaining three bedrooms.  This plan presents an option to convert the 3rd and 4th bedrooms to an enlarged bedroom suite with a kitchenette and separate bath.

Primary bedroom suite
Option to build with multi-generational suite in lieu of 4th bedroom
