An enlargement of Plan 4, this floorplan offers the same interior square footage and bedroom/bath options as its plan predecessor.  The difference is that this updated Plan 4X expands the garage to an oversized 3-car garage.  An expanded garage area is perfect for storing bikes, toys, or your home workshop.  It will require a larger buildable envelope than Plan 4, due to the increased overall dimensions.
