Plan 5Y Home Styles

We build the home, you make the memories.

This Plan is one of our fan favorites and one of our favorites as well.  A spacious single level home with an open living area, the hallmark of this concept is the beautiful interior courtyard entry, which is very reminiscent of a Mediterranean lifestyle.

Once inside the home, windows look out onto the courtyard from the hall, bringing the outside in.  The Primary Bedroom Suite has been designed in such a way that the addition of a fireplace may be easily accommodated.  The home offers a 4 car garage, but if more interior living space is desired the 4th garage bay can be built as a multi-generational suite or bonus living space – increasing the overall interior area to 3,013 Sq Ft,

Plan Features
Private interior courtyard
Large, open great room with dual sliding doors
Privately located Primary Suite
Option to build as a multi-generational suite or bonus room in lieu of 4th garage
Plan Footprint: Approx. 70' W x 71’ D
