We build the home, you make the memories.

This house draws heavily on the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic with a low-slung broken gable roof, triangular clerestory windows and breezeblock entry wall. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, and the generous primary suite includes a large walk-in closet and bathroom with its own linen closet. The core of the house includes a large laundry and utility area, a pantry, a powder room and hall closet. The main rooms feature a high, sloped ceiling and opens out to an expansive rear patio.

This specialty collection of architecture is available only in the iconic Mid-Century Modern style.  Home colors and finishes may be personalized to taste.
