The side entry for this house takes the visitor past a bedroom and straight into the living areas, which face the back yard and a generous rear patio. The primary bedroom faces the street, keeping the secondary bedrooms safely located to the side and rear of the lot. The primary bedroom has a private patio secured by a breeze block wall.
