A simple alteration of Plus:Plus Home 05 gains this one a full dining area centered on exterior views, a larger kitchen and living room, and a guest room/office while expanding the laundry closet to 2-wide.  The plan similarly pays homage to the mid-century modern movement, and includes the more contemporary skewed gable roof, adding dynamism and interest to the interior.  The bedrooms line up on one side of the plan, with the “public” rooms on the other, in open-plan fashion and facing the back and side yards.

This specialty collection of architecture is available only in the iconic Mid-Century Modern style.  Home colors and finishes may be personalized to taste.
