While the initial inspiration for this design pays homage to the mid-century modern movement, it includes a unique feature that adds a nod to the 21st century; the roof gable is skewed to center the peak at the entry in the front, and in the middle of the living room to the rear. The subtle dynamism of this move adds interest to the interior. The bedrooms line up on one side of the plan, with the “public” rooms stretching from the dining nook at the front to the living room facing the back yard. The primary bedrooms opens to the rear patio, and features a large walk-in closet.
This specialty collection of architecture is available only in the iconic Mid-Century Modern style. Home colors and finishes may be personalized to taste.
