The largest of our California Collection home designs, this home is classically comfortable yet designed for today’s lifestyle. The covered front entry that spans the front of the home and leads to a notable feature of the design; an additional flex living space immediately available upon entering, which could be crafted to suit a variety of uses from formal reception to a gaming area or library. Continuing into the home, a full bath and office or fourth bedroom are on the lower level, and the remaining three bedrooms are upstairs. On the upstairs landing, you’ll notice that the primary bedroom is gently removed from the two other bedrooms, both for privacy and for the creation of a large walk-in laundry room that is easily accessible by all.
