Team Spotlight: Alex Soulard

We’re back with another team spotlight! This time we’re introducing you to Alex Soulard, our new Executive Assistant and Christopherson Properties Realtor. Alex has been with us for about four months, and he’s quickly become an essential member of the team. He wears many hats, managing a variety of critical activities in the design and construction process. Alex handles presales, resale properties, listing properties, evaluating potential building sites, and customer service – to name just a few! He’s also recently taken on coordinating with the architects and plan development.

No stranger to real estate, Alex previously worked as a real estate agent for Century 21. He was drawn to working with us because he wanted to gain experience in real estate from the ground up. One thing Alex enjoys about working at Christopherson is the variety of activities he does daily. There’s never a dull moment, as in a single day he may spend time working with clients, checking out lots, listing properties, and developing plans. Alex also loves being able to make people happy – and it shows in the personal attention he gives our clients. He’s helped a number of our clients navigate the challenges of losing their homes in the fires and works to make the entire process as stress-free as possible.

Alex grew up on the Peninsula and attended Sonoma State University for Environmental Studies. Prior to real estate, he spent over a decade as an Environmental Program Manager in Marin County working on waste diversion, recycling, composting, and hazardous materials disposal. He relocated to Sonoma County 6 -7 years ago. When he’s not working, Alex enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including scuba diving, kayaking, and vegetable gardening. He also enjoys our local craft beer and foodie scene!

Since coming on board with us, Alex has become an indispensable member of our team. His dedication to our clients, our community, and our company values is clear. He continuously goes the extra mile, regardless of the task at hand. We appreciate all he does and are thrilled to have him on the team!
