Custom or Semi-Custom?What’s the Difference?

At Christopherson Builders we call ourselves a semi-custom home builders.  What does that means exactly?  Do we build custom homes?  YES.  We build custom architecture, we simply do it the Christopherson way. 

We’ve built over 7,000 homes so we know what works and what doesn’t, what builds efficiency and what will sloooow things down.  No one wants their home building project to take forever!  More time = more expense.  

When you build with us, everything is included – from selecting your light fixtures to submitting your permits.  We also have a vast home plan library that can be modified to suit, in the event that you need help with your architecture.
