One of the many goals of our clients is to build a home designed for multi-generational living and aging in place, allowing for decades of comfort and enjoyment. Key interior features such as wider door frames and hallways and spa-worthy curb-less showers create unobtrusive ease of access. Most of our plans also include a mini-master suite on the main living level.
In addition to single level homes, our plan library also includes designs that are meant for sloped land, allowing the primary resident to enjoy a single story lifestyle in a two level home. Take Plan 29X for example – a gracious covered entry, 2 car garage, great room, primary bedroom suite, laundry and another bedroom or office is all found on the main level! Should you wish for added privacy for guests, grandkids or mom and dad, a kitchenette and separate entry is often an available option.
