You may have heard of J.D. Power Associates because they’re often mentioned in automotive advertising. J.D. Power Associates is a consumer studies marketing group that conducts regular research on consumer satisfaction in a variety of industries. Based on consumer feedback, they create guides to determine which products or services rank the highest. All ratings are based on consumer opinions based on their interaction with the company and products.
The J.D. Power Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction study is conducted yearly, and covers consumer satisfaction with the following factors:
