In the beginning of 2022, in Vacaville Magazine, we introduced one of our clients and their journey to rebuild their Vacaville home. We are delighted to report that as of a few months ago, they have moved back in and are going to be enjoying the holiday season from the peace and comfort of their new home. They are not alone.
From Healdsburg down the Sonoma and Napa wine country corridor into Solano County, a number of our happy homeowners will be ringing in the New Year with fresh paint and a sunny perspective on the year ahead. Over the last five years, Christopherson Builders has rebuilt over 100 homes across Northern California, from traditional shapes and sizes to truly extraordinary custom estates.
In order to provide even more value-engineered plan options, we are currently deep in design development with a big reveal planned in the coming months. New ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) under 1,200sf, detached garages with livable spaces, and smart new cabin designs are underway, to be released no later than early 2023.
By adding to our plan library, we provide opportunities to meet a variety of needs. For example, a detached garage with a livable space can be the perfect guest residence, or perhaps an art or dance studio? A home office that is not too close to home? One of the beautiful things about designing collaboratively with us is that we can work with clients to put a unique spin on an existing plan, and personalize it to create something new – with much of the work already done.
When working with Christopherson Builders, our clients have the option to choose from an extensive library of pre-engineered plans that are ready to go, to make modifications to a plan, or to create a brand-new custom home design. Any of our plans can be designed to look any way inside and out, from Spanish to Modern to Ranch style and everything in between.
So what’s next for our clients? Hopefully very little, as one of the best things about a brand-new home is not having a honey-do list every weekend. To back that up, all Christopherson Builders homes are covered by a 2-10 Home Warranty, providing both security and peace of mind.
