Ashell Cunningham is a third-generation resident of the North Bay with a wide-ranging background in construction and landscape management. Starting in new home sales at Christopherson Homes, she quickly moved into Project Management, obtained her general contractor’s license, and began focusing on development. She then had the opportunity to partner with a landscape/engineering company and received her C-27. Raised at the knee of a landscape professional, her passion and knowledge developed to the point of becoming the sole owner of the company with a focus on Estate Landscape Management. With an extensive background in all aspects of the landscape field and over 20 years in the trades, Ashell is committed to clients and the experience of creating beautiful surroundings together. Now, Ashell is helping our company and our clients create one-of-a-kind landscape and hardscape plans that complement our Christopherson-built homes and their surroundings for a truly comprehensive living experience!
