Growing up in Real Estate, Ginger’s first experience in the business was helping her parents find lot markers in the tropical jungles on the south side of the Big Island of Hawaii. Fast forward to some years later; Ginger graduated from the University of Hawaii with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. As the apple sometimes falls quite close to the tree, Ginger received her Hawaii Real Estate’s Salesperson’s license in 2002 and began her real estate career in Residential and Commercial Property Management and Leasing. Over the years, her portfolio has included a wide spectrum of property types, including Class A multi-family residential properties, business mixed-use properties, industrial warehouse complexes, office buildings, and community retail centers.
Now happily settled with her family in Sonoma County, Ginger’s multi-faceted exposure to and a broad understanding of the industry, she wears many hats and brings immense value and organization to our team.
